Job Title: Senior Associate, SMC Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building compelling marketing content to drive advertiser acquisition and retention for various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategy for business development and mid-market sales programs based on business KPIs, industry trends, and customer insights.
  • Own and develop customer-centric content strategy that directly supports SMC's business development and revenue goals in the region.
  • Utilize knowledge of digital ad products to create relevant and effective content geared towards small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Ideate on content initiatives to improve overall engagement and conversion rates for marketing creative.
  • Lead lifecycle, SEO, and Data Science teams to test and learn content and messaging on web surfaces and to optimize marketing content for specific audience segments and customer journeys.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to innovate on content and provide customers with relevant education on advertising.
  • Lead content creation with design, web development, and copywriting teams to create educational content for the small and medium business audience.
  • Identify ways to continuously uplevel modules, templates, and design aesthetics across web, emails, and paid ads.
  • Support business development events in the region.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of cultural norms and business nuances of the region, particularly of Saudi Arabia and UAE.
  • Proven track record in developing thoughtful marketing content for regional audiences with a strong emphasis on results.
  • Understanding of what type of education resonates on channels such as emails, presentation decks, web surfaces, and paid ads.
  • Experience leading internal creative design and web development teams.
  • High comfort with data-driven decision-making and ability to translate data into actionable content recommendations.
  • Ability to consistently uplevel content while keeping in mind business goals.
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Experience or familiarity in working with the media or digital advertising industry.
  • Experience with tools Google Analytics and Figma is a plus.

Education:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years experience in content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with hands-on content creation in digital marketing.
  • Passion for change, Snapchat, and creativity.
