Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all culinary dishes in your section, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they are creative, innovative, and aligned with the resort's culinary vision.
Culinary OperationsOversee the preparation and presentation of all culinary dishes in your section, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
Team ManagementLead and motivate a team of culinary staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stored in a timely and efficient manner.
Quality ControlConduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
Requirements
- Education
Diploma or high school graduate.
ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience as Chef De Partie in a luxury property.
SkillsExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
PersonalityPleasant personality and positive attitude.
