Requisitos del Trabajo:

  • Título universitario en un campo relacionado preferido o experiencia equivalente.
  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en un entorno empresarial o industria relacionada, gestionando a otros.
  • Experiencia trabajando como profesional de la salud con licencia preferida.
  • Experiencia gestionando equipos virtuales.
  • Experiencia en el sector salud gestionando en un entorno médico, farmacéutico, de fitness u otro similar preferida.
  • Experiencia en una función de operaciones deseada.
  • Responsabilidad previa de presupuesto y P&L deseada.
  • Experiencia demostrada con sistemas de gestión de información médica.

Experiencia Preferida:

  • Gestión de procesos o eficiencia demostrada.
  • Habilidades sólidas en Excel, PowerPoint, Word y Outlook requeridas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de redacción, verbales y de presentación requeridas.
  • Habilidades de seguimiento y atención al detalle demostradas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como miembro del equipo.
  • Habilidades sólidas para construir relaciones.
  • Capacidad para interactuar en todos los niveles de la organización (tanto interna como externamente).
  • Habilidades de liderazgo fuertes demostradas.
