Role Description
The Administration Assistant will support operational functions as directed by the Operations Manager, executing various tasks as necessary, including but not limited to:
- Engaging actively in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) initiatives, ensuring all activities are conducted safely.
- Drafting correspondence and reports for personal or managerial approval.
- Sorting, reviewing, and annotating incoming communications and documents, attaching relevant files to facilitate the Manager's required actions.
- Maintaining filing systems and record management protocols, along with other office workflow processes.
- Collaborating with staff on matters requiring the Manager's input or endorsement.
- Executing all duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Providing necessary support to operations as required.
Required Skills and Competencies
Ideal candidates should demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Excellent clerical and typing abilities.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is considered an advantage.
