Role Description

The Administration Assistant will support operational functions as directed by the Operations Manager, executing various tasks as necessary, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging actively in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) initiatives, ensuring all activities are conducted safely.
  • Drafting correspondence and reports for personal or managerial approval.
  • Sorting, reviewing, and annotating incoming communications and documents, attaching relevant files to facilitate the Manager's required actions.
  • Maintaining filing systems and record management protocols, along with other office workflow processes.
  • Collaborating with staff on matters requiring the Manager's input or endorsement.
  • Executing all duties as assigned by the Manager.
  • Providing necessary support to operations as required.

Required Skills and Competencies

Ideal candidates should demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Excellent clerical and typing abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language is considered an advantage.
