As an Administrative Coordinator and Office Supervisor, you will be instrumental in facilitating efficient operations within our organization. - Manage the daily functions of the office while providing assistance to team members
- Arrange intricate global travel logistics, encompassing flights, lodging, and document preparation
- Oversee the scheduling of team calendars and facilitate meetings across various time zones
- Assist in the creation and management of documents in diverse formats
- Welcome guests, coordinate hospitality, and nurture positive business relationships
- Review and validate receipts against travel expense reports prior to submission
- Administer the meeting room schedule, prepare spaces for meetings, and handle mail and deliveries
- Monitor and procure office supplies, liaising with courier services regarding costs and logistics
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate for this Administrative Coordinator/Office Supervisor position will possess extensive experience in office management, particularly within the financial services sector.
