We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team at Duserve Facility Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
• System Administration: Manage and administer servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and server applications.
• User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing IT-related issues.
• Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
• Hardware Management: Procure, install, and maintain hardware devices, such as servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in networking protocols, server administration, and IT security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
