Document Management Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with project managers, logistics, and other departments.
- Documentation Tracking: Work closely with project secretaries and other teams to ensure all documentation is properly tracked and recorded in the MDC.
- Non-Conformity Reporting: Identify and highlight any non-conformities in the MDC to management, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to company standards.
- Corporate Administration: Maintain incorporation documents, assist the Managing Director in preparing board resolutions, and handle all outgoing and incoming documentation for Horizon Group directors, owners, and shareholders.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with the corporate lawyer's office for notarization and legalization of board resolutions, incumbency certificates, and licenses for Horizon Group directors, owners, and shareholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper records, ensuring easy access for the Managing Director.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments for corporate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
