Document Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at Boskalis.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Maintain MDC Spreadsheets: Create, manage, and update MDC spreadsheets for each project, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with Project Managers, Project Secretaries, Logistics, QHSE, Survey Data Center, and Vessel Management departments to ensure all documentation is tracked on the MDC.
- Identify and Address Non-Conformities: Highlight any non-conformities in the MDC to management, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance.
- Document Management: Maintain incorporation documents, assist the Managing Director in preparing board resolutions, and handle all outgoing/incoming documentation for Horizon Group directors/owners/shareholders.
- Facilitate Corporate Transactions: Process payments for corporate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
- Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible by the Managing Director, and facilitate liaison with the corporate lawyer's office for notarization/legalization of board resolutions, incumbency certificates, and licenses.
