About the Role:

The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy, with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM) and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of the company's CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Data Strategy: Develop and execute a data strategy that leverages customer touch points, CRM channels, and Tealium CDP to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Performance Management: Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp channels, ensuring consistency in EDMs and adherence to brand standards.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Apply database segmentation techniques to manage and engage new, active, and dormant customer profiles, ensuring a comprehensive single view of customers.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and insights on email engagement and database performance, informing data-driven decision making.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, commercial, and operational teams, to drive digital marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in a similar digital leadership role, with experience in enterprise-level CMS and CRM solutions.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of performance marketing, experience in CDP, DAM, enterprise loyalty solutions, and GA360, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
