  6. Notification of equipment or consumable shortages to the relevant department for forthcoming orders.
  7. Proper labeling of equipment and flight case tour labels for specific jobs.
  8. Portable appliance testing (PAT Testing) where necessary, logging all information.
  9. Assistance with routine maintenance and repairs of fixtures within the department.
  10. Loading and unloading vehicles safely as directed by the Operations Director.
  11. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse at all times.
  12. Asset entry and barcode of new equipment received on the rental software system.
  13. Participation in stock cycle counts with operational departments when scheduled.
  14. Training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest fixtures and technology.
  15. Professional representation of the company at all times.
  16. Maintenance of quality standards and procedures.
  17. Fulfillment of additional reasonable tasks required by the company.
  18. Reporting of health and safety issues to the Operations Manager.
  19. Undertaking training for personal development within the role.
  20. Adherence to company policies, rules, procedures, and obligations.
