We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to lead and oversee our sales and business growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify areas for business growth.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and oversee a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from initial bid phase to final completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms related to product sales, procurement, services, and partnerships.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance and project status to senior management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor local and federal regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in sales, project management, and leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in business Arabic and English. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome challenges. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language: Arabic preferred (bilingual).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the oil and gas, power, water, and industrial sectors in the UAE/GCC.
