About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation across our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hygiene and Sanitation Management: Develop and implement effective hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our properties.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and beverage outlets, kitchens, and other areas meet our high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to our staff on hygiene and sanitation procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards are met in relation to hygiene and sanitation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our operations team to ensure that hygiene and sanitation protocols are integrated into our overall operations and that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum two to three years' experience as a Hygiene Manager in the hotel industry.
  • Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement effective hygiene and sanitation protocols, with a strong focus on quality control and staff training.
  • Education: Bachelor of Food Science or Certified as a Food Handler trainer.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive can-do attitude, flexible approach, and ability to work under pressure.
