We are currently looking for a People and Culture Specialist to join our Dubai office and manage local, regional, and international client portfolios. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Learning & Development: Design and coordinate training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Visa and Insurance: Manage employee visa processing and insurance administration to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Employee Grievances: Address and resolve employee grievances and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees, including orientation, training, and exit procedures.
- 1-3 years of experience in a People and Culture generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, L&D, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Certificate in People and Culture is a plus.
