Job Summary

SearchPlus HR Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Management: Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions to ensure patient safety.
  • Patient Counseling: Provide medication counseling and education to patients and their families to promote adherence and understanding of medication regimens.
  • Medication Reconciliation: Participate in medication reconciliation processes to ensure accurate medication histories and prevent medication errors.
  • Medication Therapy Reviews: Conduct medication therapy reviews to optimize drug therapy outcomes and improve patient health outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitoring: Monitor patients' response to medication therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Documentation: Document interventions and outcomes to support medication management processes and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Licensure: Valid license to practice pharmacy.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy principles and evidence-based medicine.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented mindset, and strong analytical skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
