Job Title: Call Center Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team at Talent Shark. As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and assisting them with their inquiries regarding our range of aesthetic treatments and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Service Information: Provide accurate information about our clinic's services, treatments, pricing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Issue Resolution: Listen attentively to clients' needs and concerns, and effectively address and resolve issues or complaints.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences, including scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
  • Communication: Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve personal and team goals related to call handling and client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Call Center Executive or similar customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer Service Knowledge: Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
