As a key member of the Elite Way Group team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe Vehicle Operation: Transport goods, products, or passengers to and from specified locations in a timely manner, following established schedules and routes.
  • Premises Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition, and maintain cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods as necessary, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and addressing any concerns professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks: Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other transportation-related expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure and Experience: Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle class and 5+ years of experience as a driver, with a proven track record of safe driving.
  • Road Familiarity: Familiarity with local roads and routes in the area of operation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Ability: Physical ability to load and unload goods if required.
  • Reliability: Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
