We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at MYBOX LOGISTICS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities at the warehouse in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, Dubai. This includes meeting customers at the warehouse and in markets and hotels in Dubai, updating incoming goods data multiple times daily to the head office overseas, supervising the loading of containers, coordinating with warehouse operators, transporters, suppliers, and other parties, measuring goods' weight and volume, keeping stock records, and generating new business by coordinating with customers in Dubai personally and overseas via phone.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate logistics operations at the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  2. Meet with customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
  3. Update inventory levels and track shipments in real-time.
  4. Supervise the loading and unloading of containers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  5. Communicate with warehouse operators, transporters, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  6. Measure and record the weight and volume of goods.
  7. Maintain accurate stock records and report any discrepancies.
  8. Identify opportunities to generate new business and develop strategies to increase revenue.
