We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining sales documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator and Receptionist, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
