  • ASales Coordinator is responsible forsupporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks,assisting with sales strategies, and ensuring smooth coordinationbetween departments to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.They act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and otherdepartments such as marketing, operations, and customer service,helping to streamline processes, track sales progress, and ensureefficient communication.

    1.Sales Support andAdministration

  • SalesDocumentation: Prepare, organize, and maintainsales-related documents, such as quotes, contracts, proposals, andorder forms, ensuring accuracy and timelydelivery.
  • Data Entry andTracking: Enter sales data into CRM systems ordatabases, track progress against sales targets, and assist inreporting on salesmetrics.
  • Preparing SalesReports: Assist in preparing regular reports onsales performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and otherrelevant metrics formanagement.

  • TeamCommunication: Facilitate communication within thesales team, ensuring all team members are informed of updates,tasks, or changes inplans.
  • CoordinatingEvents: Help organize and manage sales events, tradeshows, or conferences, ensuring logistics are handledefficiently.
  • 4. OrderManagement

  • ProcessingOrders: Receive, verify, and process orders fromclients, ensuring that all details are correct andtimely.
  • OrderFollow-Up: Track orders to ensure timely delivery,coordinating with logistics or supply chain teams to resolve anydelays or issues.
  • HandlingInvoices and Payments: Prepare and send invoices,track payments, and ensure that any issues with billing or paymentare addressed in a timely manner.
  • 5.Market Research andAnalysis

  • ConductingMarket Research: Assist in gathering market data,competitor information, and customer feedback to support salesstrategies anddecision-making.

  • 6. SalesForecasting andPlanning

  • TrackingSales Progress: Monitor sales pipelines andforecasts to ensure targets are being met and provide updates onprojections.
  • Assisting with GoalSetting: Support sales team in setting realisticsales goals and tracking performance againstthem.
  • Adjusting SalesStrategies: Help adjust sales strategies or tacticsbased on performance data, market trends, or customerfeedback.
Desired candidate profile
  • Maintaining files and filing system ofaccounts.
  • Ensuring development, maintenance& management of all Hotel Sales databases.
  • Coordinating sales team by managingschedules, filling important documents and communicating relevantinformation.
  • Prepare proposals for new andexisting customers and facilitate showing of facilities and servicein support of the sales managers, whenneeded.
  • Contracting bookings and assist salesteam in the execution of salesprocess.
  • Supporting the sales team inadministrative tasks such as preparing group resume, preparingexpenses report, processing commissions, etc.

What YouBring

  • Aminimum of at least 2 years of administrative or sales coordinatingexperience in the similar role in a luxurybrand
  • Working knowledge of hotel operatingsystems such as Golden, Opera orDelphi.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sellinggroup room blocks, catering and conference center sales and abilityto effectively engage in sales leadgeneration.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic(speaking, reading, writing)
