Position Overview:
As an Operations Supervisor at Skill Farm, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of client relationships, ensuring an exceptional standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and nurture internal and external client relationships to uphold the highest level of client satisfaction.
2. Supervise one direct report based in Dubai, providing necessary training and support to ensure operational continuity.
3. Ensure clients receive prompt and precise responses to their daily inquiries.
4. Consolidate monthly reports for the region, presenting insights on volumes, timeliness, and initiatives to the management team and cluster heads.
5. Assist in the execution of daily processes and deliverables related to payment tracking and releasing, aiming for operational efficiency.
6. Validate documentation against system information, ensuring accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
7. Analyze monthly reports to identify trends and collaborate with business partners and clients to minimize inquiries.
8. Review and authorize daily checklists, confirming that all tasks are completed satisfactorily.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance.

Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in client or customer communication.
- Experience in calculation or rate fixing is highly desirable.
- Background in banking is advantageous.
- Familiarity with agency and trust functions is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficient in handling numerical data and processing financial information.
- Strong comprehension of documentation and deal structures.
