- Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest queries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that all food supplies and restaurant essentials are adequately stocked to meet customer demand.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, fire regulations, and brand standards.
