Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular checks on machinery and complete all maintenance tasks as assigned to ensure production equipment operates efficiently.
  • Supervise and perform planned and preventive maintenance as scheduled to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly equipment breakdowns for traceability and maintenance purposes.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and machine breakdowns, analyze failures, and make necessary adjustments or repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Efficiently calibrate instruments and assist with machinery/equipment installation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in research and development, implementing new technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and upkeep of CNC, Beam Saw equipment, and other various numerically controlled machines throughout the facility.
  • Design, create, and fabricate fixtures and other solutions for shop equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and address weak spots in automated machinery and operations to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance principles.
