This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partner and contribute to various aspects of the business, including finance, HR, marketing, and administration.

Key responsibilities will include:

Financial Operations
  • Managing client invoicing and payment processes.
  • Processing supplier payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Collaborating with external accountants for tax-related matters.
Human Capital Management
  • Recruiting and selecting candidates through professional networks.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and conducting thorough background checks.
  • Issuing work permits, visas, and Emirates IDs for new hires.
  • Preparing employment contracts and communicating with the relevant authorities.
  • Supporting the onboarding process, tracking employee leave, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
Business Development and Marketing
  • Developing engaging social media content.
  • Planning and executing client events and networking opportunities.
  • Preparing submissions for industry awards and recognition.
  • Coordinating company events, training sessions, and professional development activities.
General Support Services
  • Providing administrative support to the Managing Partner, including diary management and correspondence.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and issuing necessary documents.
  • Renewing licenses, insurance, and subscriptions.
  • Offering typing and editing services as needed.
