- Food Preparation: Prepare food for service, assist with checking, receiving, and storing of goods, and maintain storage areas.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and equipment, handle waste and linen, and maintain a hygienic kitchen and high standards of personal hygiene.
- Communication: Communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.
- Health and Safety: Familiarity with property safety, first aid, and fire and emergency procedures, and awareness of OH&S policies and procedures.
- Quality Control: Implement and practice HACCP.
- Kitchen equipment is prepared for use.
