Key Responsibilities:

  • Show excellence in building brand desirability and merchandising brand products across digital touchpoints.
  • Support the Business Unit Head in sharing creative development and agreeing on strategies to engage with consumers and shoppers in the online retail landscape.
  • Collect and prepare digital assets and tools, and manage assets and digital content for E-Retail customer websites, including digital libraries.
  • Support Marketing teams in fully executing annual activation plans and evaluating results.
  • Develop excellence in data management and CRM, ensuring regular performance tracking and implementing necessary changes to increase efficiency in online marketing.
  • Monitor sales development across the e-commerce channel.
  • Provide consumer insights and KPIs, observing competitor behavior, and monitoring market trends.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Business Management or any equivalent degree.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years in an e-commerce/digital marketing role.
  • Understanding of e-commerce channels, principles, and CRM.
  • Digital knowledge (social media, online marketing, CRM, e-commerce).
  • Good relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • English excellent (spoken & written).
  • Arabic preferred.
  • Creativity & Innovation.
