We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our client relations initiatives. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with our investors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
As the Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team within the Investor Relations department to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
  • Utilizing your expertise in Business or Finance to develop strategies that enhance client engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, including maintaining relevant certifications.
  • Employing advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
  • Applying strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex information clearly.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within Investor Relations.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and a proven track record of problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
