Role Overview

The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Accessories department within the boutique. This position requires a strategic approach to ensure optimal stock levels and effective management of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and enhance the operational efficiency of the Accessories department.
  • Collaborate with area managers to optimize inventory usage.
  • Contribute to the development of the purchasing strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to established operational procedures by all team members.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager to create and implement the annual marketing calendar.
  • Assist in defining the strategic plan and budget for the division.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with suppliers and regional teams to negotiate favorable commercial terms.
  • Track daily sales performance against monthly and yearly targets, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and logistics for store openings, closures, and renovations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to foster collaboration.
  • Participate in management meetings to assess shop performance and provide insights to the Division Manager.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team under your supervision.
  • Set clear objectives and budgets for team members, ensuring their successful achievement.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team performance.
