Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Flight Attendant. As an Air Arabia employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely attendance and proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights
  • Attend briefing sessions to ensure acknowledgment of flight details, distribution of roles, targets, security checks, boarding, etc.
  • Instruct passengers on safety procedures and identify areas of safety and security risks
  • Administer first aid to passengers when necessary and inform Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain about any irregularities or malfunctions

Safety Measures:

  • Instruct passengers on safety procedures to be followed
  • Identify and address safety and security risks in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Customer Service:

  • Welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and enter necessary data into the aircraft log book
  • Provide excellent customer service by attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs
  • Identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with policies and procedures

Crosschecking and Reports:

  • Carry out pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment prior to take-off
  • Assist in ensuring the aircraft cabin is cleaned thoroughly at transit stations and provide reports for any deficiencies
  • Maintain professional knowledge and competitiveness through recurrent trainings, emergency procedures trainings, and educational workshops

Requirements:

  • Age: Between 20 to 33 years
  • Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
  • Weight: In proportion to Age and Height
  • Clear skin with no marks or tattoos visible in the cabin crew uniform
  • Medically/Physically fit to perform cabin crew duties

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus
  • Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value
  • Fluent in Written and Spoken English

Work Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role in Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality Industries is an added value
  • Capable of working in shift patterns and extended hours
