Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Setting Tables: Cleaning and setting tables with seasonal decorations, candles, and tablecloths to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
- Welcoming Customers: Welcoming customers, seating them, serving water or refilling their glasses, and delivering beverages from the bartender to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintaining Menus: Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers in a professional manner.
- Stocking Serving Stations: Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments to ensure efficient service.
- Clearing Tables: Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Assisting with Cleaning Tasks: Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.
- Dishwashing: Washing food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Linen Transport: Transporting used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section to ensure efficient linen management.
- Stock Management: Assisting with unloading and storing stock to maintain an organized and efficient stockroom.
