Job Description

The role of Flight Attendant Representative is to provide exceptional customer service to all passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle. This involves attending to individual needs, providing information on safety procedures, and promoting a positive corporate image.

  • Timely attendance, proper grooming, and fitness are essential for this role.

Safety Measures: The Cabin Crew member must instruct passengers on safety procedures, identify areas of risk, and administer first aid when necessary.

  • Informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions promptly.

Customer Service: Welcoming passengers and assisting with boarding formalities, entering necessary data into the aircraft log book, and attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.

  • Contributes to maximizing onboard revenue by efficiently promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services.

Crosschecking And Reports: Conducting pre-flight checks, ensuring sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, and other specified equipment prior to takeoff. Provides reports for any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as appropriate.

  • Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for the conduct of passengers and carries out duties as designated by the Captain.
