We are looking for an experienced Support Team Lead Coordinator to join our team. This key role involves overseeing the resolution of complex cases and optimizing workflow to ensure seamless customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Team Lead Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and resolving high-priority or complex cases in our system
- Tracking and categorizing cases based on their nature and complexity
- Maintaining and updating our knowledge base with solutions, tips, and FAQs
- Providing coaching and feedback to junior team members
- Ensuring smooth handovers between departments
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A graduate degree (females only)
- 2-4 years of experience in the Banking sector
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Collaboration and leadership skills
- A basic understanding of financial systems and bank-related processes
