Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Administration

  1. Oversee office functions, ensuring seamless daily operations
  2. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
  3. Optimize workflows and improve efficiency across different business units
  4. Support financial processes, including invoices, supplier payments, and budget tracking
  5. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
  6. Manage schedules, leave tracking, and timesheets for the team
  7. Support internal communication and facilitate collaboration between teams
  8. Organize team meetings, planning sessions, and performance check-ins
  9. Assist in sales coordination, tracking inquiries, and managing CRM systems
  10. Communicate with suppliers, ensuring stock availability and smooth procurement
  11. Support customer relationship management, ensuring high service standards
  12. Help in preparing presentations, sales materials, marketing activities, and reports
  13. Coordinate with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
  14. Manage inventory and procurement processes to support business needs
  15. Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts where required
  16. Assist in planning company events, wellness programs, and promotional activities
  17. Work closely with wellness coaches, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth execution
  18. Maintain an organized approach to planning and executing initiatives
Who You Are
  1. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in wellness, hospitality, retail, or service industries
  2. Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Experience in coordinating teams, office administration, or business support functions
  5. Interest in the wellness industry and a passion for creating a positive work environment
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools
  7. Ability to work independently and proactively take ownership of tasks
