Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations & Administration
- Oversee office functions, ensuring seamless daily operations
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
- Optimize workflows and improve efficiency across different business units
- Support financial processes, including invoices, supplier payments, and budget tracking
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Manage schedules, leave tracking, and timesheets for the team
- Support internal communication and facilitate collaboration between teams
- Organize team meetings, planning sessions, and performance check-ins
- Assist in sales coordination, tracking inquiries, and managing CRM systems
- Communicate with suppliers, ensuring stock availability and smooth procurement
- Support customer relationship management, ensuring high service standards
- Help in preparing presentations, sales materials, marketing activities, and reports
- Coordinate with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Manage inventory and procurement processes to support business needs
- Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts where required
- Assist in planning company events, wellness programs, and promotional activities
- Work closely with wellness coaches, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain an organized approach to planning and executing initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in wellness, hospitality, retail, or service industries
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in coordinating teams, office administration, or business support functions
- Interest in the wellness industry and a passion for creating a positive work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and proactively take ownership of tasks

Salary: 6K AED to 7K AED plus bonus depending on experience.
