Role Overview

The Service Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing Customer Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  2. Financial Goals: Achieve monthly revenue targets by effectively managing discounts and upselling opportunities.
  3. Service Process Expertise: Provide expert consultation and guidance to customers throughout the service process.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Team to ensure timely progress updates and meet on-time delivery commitments.
  5. Closing Deals: Clearly explain all work performed and costs associated with vehicle repairs to customers.
  6. Customer Complaint Resolution: Effectively manage customer complaints to achieve satisfactory closure.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to Company policies and procedures to maintain consistency in the customer experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  1. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP.
  2. Customer Interaction: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions.
  3. Language Ability: Fluency in English and basic Arabic speaking ability.
  4. Product Knowledge: Good understanding of automotive products and processes.
