  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in FIX protocol and client onboarding.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on FIX protocol and client connectivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Knowledge of UNIX utilities and scripting languages (e.g. Perl, Bash).
  • Experience with databases and data feeds.
  • Strong educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Java and ability to read and modify code.
