Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services. You will also assist with staff training, performance management, and quality control initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of hotel operations, including guest services, room inventory, and revenue management, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
  • Assist with staff training, performance management, and quality control initiatives
  • Monitor and report on guest feedback and employee performance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest interactions and employee attendance
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
