Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Specialist to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure the property is secure
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing first aid and CPR as needed
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all security-related information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
