About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team at One&Only Resorts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Finance Team in administrative matters, including data entry, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
  • Support meetings, presentations, and other financial-related events.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports, publications, and other materials.
  • Manage day-to-day cash collections and deposits, as well as petty cash.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Finance Administrator or General Cashier.
  • Strong experience providing administrative support in finance, including financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with the team and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the UAE is an advantage.
