About the Opportunity

Mackenzie Jones Middle East offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Sales Executive Leader to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales leadership. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share, as well as leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team.

You will work closely with our marketing team to align sales strategies with branding and promotional campaigns. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients, is crucial to your success.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • A proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans with a data-driven approach.
  • A deep network within the real estate industry, including investors, agents, and developers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).
