  • Participate in formalizing processes, procedures, and standards related to manpower planning and budgeting, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of planning techniques and HR law of Dubai government.
