Job Description

**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Product Specialist to join our team at Emirates. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Support: Provide timely and effective support to end-users, ensuring that all financial applications are functioning as expected and in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Consultancy and Business Support: Offer expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on financial applications, helping them to utilize systems effectively and make informed business decisions.
  • Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new features and enhancements for our financial applications, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Design and execute regression test packs, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements, and identify opportunities to optimize the testing cycle.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs), user guides, and setup/configuration documents for financial applications, as well as provide training and support to end-users.
  • Access Management and Compliance: Ensure that user access management and functional masters updates are compliant with defined policies, standard operating procedures (SoPs), and SLAs, protecting group assets and maintaining data integrity.
  • Master Data Management: Support the periodic review of users and operational masters to ensure the maintenance of healthy master data, compliant with policies and processes.
  • Application Configuration: Configure financial applications in line with approved setup and configuration documents, ensuring accurate financial information processing and system integrity.
  • Business Process Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of existing business processes and support change enablers in training and adoption.
  • Performance Management: Manage your own performance and continuous learning plan, contributing to the improvement of the unit's performance and supporting the development of other team members.
