Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Parsons Corporation UAE. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our unit, ensuring the smooth flow of information and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Gather and review statistical data, combining it into comprehensive reports for internal and external use. Develop new reports or revise existing ones as directed, utilizing spreadsheet, graphical, or narrative formats.
  • Verification and Distribution: Verify data gathered, such as matching supplier invoices against file copies, and distribute reports as directed by your immediate supervisor.
  • Correspondence and Records: Originate correspondence and reports that do not require the personal attention of your immediate supervisor, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Administrative Support: Answer telephone calls, take and relay messages, receive, sort, and distribute mail, and maintain records of equipment, including a log of service dates.
  • Financial and Budgeting: Obtain basic data for completion of the unit's overhead budget and prepare associated recurring reports, as well as produce preliminary reconciliations as necessary.
  • Space Management: Coordinate physical space requirements for the assigned unit, initiating requests for PCs and telephones, and updating the Corporate Directory as needed.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare occupancy reports by project or gather information to complete staffing reports for the unit and/or several projects, presentations as directed by your immediate supervisor.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties associated with this position as may be appropriate.
