Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating a variety of wellness services and entertainment programs, including special events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement wellness programs and services that meet the needs of our guests.
  • Establish schedules and methods for providing wellness services; identify resource needs.
  • Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Implement approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Identify guest needs and recommend appropriate programs related to area of assignment.
  • Prepare periodic reports; maintain files and records.
  • Maintain and design the online entertainment registration program.
  • Serve as staff liaison on various community-related committees and subcommittees as assigned by the department director.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions; order supplies and materials; monitor expenditures.
  • Respond to complaints and requests for information.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, with at least 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
