
HR and Operations Coordinator

As a member of the Imdad team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Capital and administrative function. This dynamic position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to assist with various tasks, including employee relations, benefits, and policies administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including files and documents.
- Process and manage financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts for suppliers.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics to support the company's core operations.
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the management and team members.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desirable Skills:
- Arabic language skills (written & spoken).
- Familiarity with medical equipment manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
