We are seeking an experienced Project Stakeholder Liaison Specialist to join our team at Stantec. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Analyze stakeholder needs and concerns to develop targeted engagement plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address potential stakeholder issues.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder matrices to track engagement progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and events to facilitate open communication and build trust.
  • Prepare and distribute engaging written materials and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum 2-5 years of experience in public relations, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English language.
  • A strong understanding of local culture and customs.

Location

This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
