About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Legal Specialist, Policy and Enforcement to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely, high-quality and consistent legal advisory services including the interpretation of ADGM Regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Legal Advisory Services: Interpret and advise on ADGM Regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support Policy and Enforcement Teams: Work closely with policy and enforcement teams to create policies and guidance, respond to policy queries and interpretation requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including entities in ADGM, Abu Dhabi and UAE government entities, and international regulators.
  • Litigation Management: Assist in the management of all litigation for ADGM, including administrative and court matters.
  • Project Management: Manage large legal projects, working alongside other ADGM authorities' legal teams on joint initiatives and other ADGM stakeholders where necessary.
Information Security Requirements

The Lead Legal Specialist, Policy and Enforcement must understand, adopt, adhere to, and practice responsibilities or controls as per the ADGM Information Security policy and best practices. Confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ADGM information must be maintained at all times.

Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary of AED 250,000 - AED 350,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement savings plan.
