Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Reap HR Consultancy. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome clients, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about our services.
  • Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and good English speaking skills.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
