Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Booking and Scheduling appointments via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through on appointments and client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Information Provision to clients about our services and products, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution, thinking critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
  • Cash Handling and Operations responsibilities, including operating a point-of-sale system and managing electronic payments.
  • Document Preparation and invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Arabic speaker with good English speaking skills.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Other: Freshers are encouraged to apply, and all genders are welcome to apply.
