The Housekeeping Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at MARRIOTT International. This position involves overseeing the cleanliness of guest accommodations and public spaces to ensure they meet our esteemed quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities- Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities to verify adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Room Status Management: Generate and analyze reports on room conditions, verify statuses, and prioritize cleaning tasks to ensure timely turnover of guest rooms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Housekeeping management to coordinate daily operations and facilitate effective communication among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
- Issue Resolution: Document and address any discrepancies in room conditions in collaboration with the Front Desk team.
- Communication: Prepare and disseminate updates regarding room assignments and communicate pertinent information to the subsequent shift.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork related to room inspections and housekeeping activities.
