  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to implement changes and devise effective solutions, ensuring that challenges are addressed and your accounts thrive.
  • Manage marketing and promotional strategies for our Retail and Non-Food partners as they expand on our platform.
  • Continuously develop an appealing value proposition for customers, focusing on selection, promotions, pricing, and service quality.
  • Work closely with compliance, legal, and operations teams to uphold best practices.
  • Lead the execution of site roll-outs as we enhance our offerings, identifying gaps in partner coverage for future expansion.
  • Act as a representative of Deliveroo within your partner's organization, ensuring alignment and support from our internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in account management, business development, or a commercial role.
  • Proven experience in the Retail and/or Pharmacy sector is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create mutual value for both partners and Deliveroo.
  • Passionate about partnership development, with excellent relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Confident in working with and analyzing data to identify performance improvements that will foster growth for your Retail partners.
  • Creative in generating ideas and strategies to enhance joint business growth with partners, demonstrating a willingness to experiment and adapt.
