Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Management professional to join our team at Accor. As a Director of Revenue Optimization, you will be responsible for leading our revenue strategy and driving profitability across our hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Strategy Development: Collaborate with our hotel profit generation teams to identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue and optimize profit margins.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Monitor economic, market, and competitive set indicators to inform our revenue generation strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Pricing and Yield Management: Create short- and long-term forecasts to inform pricing and yielding tactics, ensuring maximum revenue contribution from all booking channels.
  • Channel Distribution and Partnerships: Direct and manage all channel distribution strategies, evaluating new business opportunities and collaborating with our Marketing team to execute, measure, and evaluate digital marketing efforts.
  • System Ownership and Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our revenue management systems, including RMS, CRS, and rate shopping systems, and maintain data quality and system hygiene in accordance with Accor standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Motivate, lead, coach, and manage all aspects of team members' performance, fostering a culture of exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Revenue Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management, with a strong understanding of revenue management analytics, technologies, and processes.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics, with a strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
